Charging the battery:

For optimum performance, it is best to install the solar lights in

full sunlight and charge for 10-12 hours. Allow the light to run at

least 8-12 entire charging and discharging cycles to reach

battery’s maximum capacity.

REPLACING THE BATTERY

For best performance, replace with rechargeable 1.2V Ni-CD

battery every year or when performance diminishes.

Step 1

Twist and remove lens (2) from top

housing (1). (FIG.5)

Step 2

Push the release tab and remove the

battery compartment cover. Replace

the old battery with a fresh AA Ni-CD

rechargeable battery. Replace the

battery compartment cover and lens

(2). (FIG.6 and FIG.2)

CAUTION: CONTAINS NICKEL-CADMIUM

BATTERY. BATTERY MUST BE RECYCLED OR

DISPOSED OF PROPERLY.
